Objective

  1. Maximize the number of annual memberships by converting casual riders to annual members
  2. Understand how casual riders and annual members use Cyclistic bikes differently

Key Stakeholders

  1. Lily Moreno: Cyclistic's director of marketing and manager
  2. Cyclistic Marketing Analytics Team: A team of data analysts who are responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data that helps guide Cyclistic marketing strategy
  3. Cyclistic Executive Team: Will decide whether to approve the recommended marketing program

Data Limitations

  1. Approximately 13.60% of the data for start_station_name / start_station_id and 14.70% of the data for end_station_name / end_station_id for July 2022 are missing, resulting in incomplete data for those 4 columns.
  2. Data is also too large to load into an Excel file or SQL database normally.
